Job Description
Location: Oklahoma City OK and Surrounding Areas
Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist who finds purpose in helping people regain independence in their daily lives Join Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City where youll make a lasting difference in patients lives by delivering personalized one-on-one careright in their homes.
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented OT who values flexibility collaboration and clinical excellence in a supportive mission-driven environment.
What Youll Do:
Provide in-home occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients functional abilities and safety at home
Recommend adaptive equipment and educate patients and families on proper use
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs nurses and physicians
Accurately document all visits and maintain clear communication with the care team
Requirements:
Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
One year of recent clinical experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
Strong communication organization and assessment skills
Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
