Roles & Responsibilities:

An individual contributor end-to-end sales closing role - with a quota of around $60k per quarter. (Quotas may change). Own the end-to-end sales cycle including:

  • Outbound prospecting to generate new leads
  • Qualifying inbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Collaborating with Solutions Engineering and other teams to conduct product demonstrations
  • Nurturing prospects addressing objections and guiding them through the sales funnel
  • Closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for onboarding
  • Work towards a quarterly quota of $60K (subject to change)
  • Competitive commission structure (one of the best in the industry).
  • Dynamic work hard play hard culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in SaaS sales with a proven track record in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Exposure to full-cycle sales including demos nurturing and closing deals
  • Education: MBA or Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Sandler Question-Based Selling Solution Selling etc. is a plus
  • Background in IT Management Software sales is highly advantageous
  • Self-motivated results-driven and a proactive go-getter
