In this pivotal role as a Regional Planner youll ensure our delivery service is seamlessly coordinated efficiently resourcedand consistently exceeds client expectations. Youll work in a fast-paced environmentwhere your planning skills directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Use data and forecasting to ensure ourfinal mile network is ready for projected volumes.
- Align courier SE holiday accruals and bookings with regional plans to maintain top-tier service.
- You will organise training across the region to ensure seven day availability and continuous upskilling.
- Lead round negotiations manage rate trackersand optimise contractor solutions to maintain cost accuracy.
- Support Community Delivery Managers with efficient stable round planning and postcode analysis.
- Deliver robust resource plans to ensure smooth operations during high-demand seasons.
- Provide analysis on field activity and courier training to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the Regional Cover File to ensure consistent coverage and operational strength.
