Job Description
DNV USA Inc. seeks a Senior IT and Software Staff to work at our office in Katy Texas.
Job Duties:
- Develop maintain test and secure ourexisting andnext-generation applications.
- Use tools such as Visual Studio Git and Azure DevOps to support a DevSecOps methodology.
- Participate in Agile processes including daily scrum sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work with domain experts to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write and maintain unit integration and other automated tests. Identify debug and resolve bugs.
- Adhere to software development processes and standards for development testing documentation support and deployment.
- Perform a variety of tasks in support of a professional software development organization.
- Learn the domain in which our customers use our products.
- Role is hybrid within a reasonable commuting distance of the Katy TX office.

Bachelors degree in Applied Computer Science Engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Senior IT and Software Staff Technical Lead/Manager or related role where required experience gained.
Special Skills: Also requires three (3) years of experience in the following:
- Professional software development experience;
- C and or C# and the .NET ecosystem;
- Object-Oriented programming;
- Web development; and
- Following software development processes and standards.
