How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
- Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging.
- Bag all cheese smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan.
- Work in Brine area as assigned
- Ensure correct vat is being released.
- Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately.
- Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes.
- Make boxes.
- Load cheese into packaging machine.
- Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
- Palletize all products.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
- Learn operation of the robots make adjustments as needed.
- Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes.
