Hourly Pay Rate: $21.58
A little about this position:
- A Vacation Specialist inform our guests about Mammoth Resorts planning and booking their vacation needs primarily through inbound phone calls emails and webchats.
- Specialists will identify the guests needs offer products communicate policies and provide assistance with changes cancellations taking payments and any other service-based needs.
- We offer steady work a desirable schedule with optional ride breaks enhanced pay and opportunities for possible advancement. This position will provide sales and customer service experience.
- A typical week is four 10-hour days with 3 days off.
- The start dates for this position are August 17th and November 28th.
- Bilingual applicants will be eligible for additional compensation.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous call center experience preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry Microsoft Office advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time.
- Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment.
- Proven record of making logical decisions problem solving resourcefulness multitasking and expediency.
- Previous ski industry experience helpful
