Salary: $52000 to $67000 depending on experience.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for managing and maintaining various aspects of the organizations information technology infrastructure. This multifaceted role encompasses mobile device management through Microsoft Intune cloud cyber security classroom technology coordination audio-visual equipment management recording studio oversight processes automation and technical support. The goal is to ensure seamless technology integration and operation within the organization while working with school staff to provide positive customer service.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Managed and configured Microsoft Intune for enterprise-wide device enrollment compliance policies app deployment and endpoint security across Windows and iOS environments.

2. Respond to helpdesk tickets document resolutions and update staff knowledge bases to support timely issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

3. Coordinate the deployment and lifecycle management of the schools software library including installation configuration updates and license tracking.

4. Oversee the setup maintenance and troubleshooting of classroom technology.

5. Maintain internal MDR security policies and serve as the primary liaison with external MDR providers to ensure effective threat detection response and compliance.

6. Coordinate and manage audio-visual equipment for events and presentations.

7. Manage Autry recording studio including equipment setup maintenance and user support.

8. Design and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate PowerShell and Azure Runbooks with the autonomy to identify and implement alternative solutions as needed.

9. Deploy and maintain endpoint devices ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.

10. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.

11. Perform basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for school staff students and guests.

12. Stay current with evolving technologies equipment regulations and industry standards to ensure effective and compliant operation.

13. Assist with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies.

14. Use department approved communication systems to communicate with team members and end-users.

15. Be neat in appearance and have the ability to work with people.

16. Provide exceptional customer service to staff students and guest.

17. Help maintain facilities to a walk-in-ready standard ensuring every space is guest-ready at all times.

18. Perform other duties as assigned.
