The HRBusinessPartner (HRBP) isastrategichumanresource advisor and manages the full range of HR services and support to Clinical HRBP musthave a strong background in human resources within healthcare settings including astrong understanding oftypical clinic staffing modelstraining andlicensure requirementsregulatoryconsiderations involved in supporting clinical providers and staff andtherecruitmentand retention landscape in behavioral focus on stay up to date and becomean expertat ClinicalServices priorities goals structure operations schedules ways of working and best practicesin behavioral health. As a Human Resource Business Partner-Clinical Based you will:
- Perform the role as atrustedadvisortoenhance organizational effectiveness and performance this includes but is not limited to:
- Proactively working with leaders on workforce planning talent acquisition and organizational development etc. Aligning the skills and goals of the staff within their business units with the overall business objectives.
- Identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Following up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Providing guidance and input on business unit restructuring workforce planning and succession planning.
- Build rapport with staff in their respective business units andparticipatesin recurring meetings.
- Provideday-to-dayperformance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching counseling career development disciplinary actions).
ApplyHR strategiesto meet business objectives
- EnsuresHR initiatives align with the organizations mission vision and long-term strategy.
- Analyzestrends and metrics in partnership with the HRteamto develop solutionsprogramsand policies.
- Managesmetrics tomonitorand enhance employee engagement.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Consults with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective thorough and objective investigations.
- Ensuring business units receive adequate training required to remain compliant with California employment law and relevant agencies.
- Reviewing/developing contract terms for new hires promotions and transfers as needed.
- Partners with the legal counsel and compliance department as needed/required.
- Lead HR projects as assigned and performs some general duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Behavioral Health Experience:Direct HR experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings; understands clinical roles licensure requirements and the dynamics of supporting psychologists therapists psychiatrists and related professionals.
- Clinical Recruiting Knowledge:Skilled in navigating the competitive behavioral health recruitment landscape and supporting hiring managers through provider shortages and licensure timelines.
- Credentialing & ComplianceExpertise:Working knowledge of licensure credentialing and continuing education requirements for behavioral health providers.
- Employee Relations Expertise:Confident handling sensitive workplace issues involving clinical staff; balances empathy with accountability in performance management and conflict resolution.
- Operates with a sense of urgency and sound judgment in fast-paced client-serving environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
About your background (education/experience):
- Minimum of 8 yearsofexperience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Workingknowledgeof multiple human resource disciplinesincludingcompensation practices organizational diagnosis employee and union relations diversity performance management andfederal and state respectiveemployment laws.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
Working Conditions
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periodsofsitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
Compensation:
Range: $145000-$165000 per year (negotiable)
Pay Type: salary

The actual base salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background training work experience location business needs and market demand. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
