Where You Will Work

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM)/EA Patten is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace located in Manchester Connecticut. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners fittings tubing assemblies and engineered products for the aerospace defense and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments. EAP has sites located in Manchester as well as Columbia Connecticut.

The Job

As the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Production Supervisor in our Manchester facility you will oversee a team of hourly employees ensuring productivity quality and compliance.

• Coordinate oversee and direct the daily activities of manufacturing personnel adhering to production schedules and quality standards.

• Ensure employees follow proper work methods.

• Work with quality to resolve quality issues.

• Train new employees on company policies safety procedures and job duties.

• Enforce safety regulations and address any safety concerns.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. quality control maintenance) to address production issues.

The Person:

• Associates degree and 3-5 years experience Bachelors Degree is preferred or equivalent experience required.

• 3 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing/production industry experience or exposure preferred.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing methods concepts processes and systems.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

• Ability to function effectively in a team environment effectively collaborate with other departments and work independently as well.

• Familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality standards preferred.
