Job Description
United Trailer Leasing a division of Koch Companies is hiring a Territory Manager to lead leasing and rental sales in an expanding area. Youll be the primary contact for customers responsible for driving new business managing fleet activity and ensuring excellent service every step of the role calls for someone self-motivated reliable and comfortable working independently. Youll have the tools and support you need but success will depend on your initiative and follow-through.
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth area (fully WFH. but must live within a 50 mile radius)
Salary: Base starting at $85000 Commission Auto Allowance Cell Phone Allowance
Travel Requirement: Frequent

What does this job look like daily
Prospect new customers and grow existing accounts
Reserve rental units and walk customers through equipment operations
Maintain rental and lease fleet inventory and inspect units for readiness
Monitor and manage billing paperwork and rental agreements
Respond to service needs breakdowns or customer concerns
Ensure all DOT and regulatory standards are followed
Partner with operations to keep the lot organized and equipment clean
Track customer service issues and follow up until resolved
Stay on top of accounts receivable and aging reports
What do you need to do this job
- 5 years in outside sales or account management
- Associate degree or certificate in Business Sales or related field
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable with Excel Outlook and internal systems
- Highly independent with strong time management skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $75763.90 - $109134.80 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $85000.00 - $95000 per annum and commensurate with experience.
