A day in the life.
As our Flexible Benefits Systems Analyst I on the McGriff Employee Benefits Solutions team youll be in an entry level Analyst role with responsibilities in working with client data management and operational duties. The duties of this position involve rote and repeating duties but require precision and accuracy.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma andtwo or more years of reconcilement bookkeeping and or cash management experience
Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Act with responsiveness urgency and professionalism in all matters
Able to utilize Office Suite applications (Word Excel (advanced skills) PowerPoint Outlook) and Adobe
Ability to analyze large datasets; an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
Expert Excel Skills
Flexible Benefits and/or Administration Experience
