Job Description
Hill Ward Henderson an AV-rated Tampa Florida law firm seeks a qualified attorney for its Trusts & Estates group. Candidates must have 5 years of substantive experience with strong preference given to those with an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning.
The position requires excellent academic credentials strong communication skills meticulous drafting ability and client development potential. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality and an empathetic demeanor as well as personal presence such that she/he inspires the confidence of sophisticated clients.
This position offers immediate responsibility and client exposure in a friendly collegial work environment an equity partner opportunity and excellent compensation and benefits. A portable book of business is not required. We have a very active and mature practice. The team is dedicated to the growth and development of its lawyers providing the candidate with the opportunity to gain experience working on sophisticated matters with complex issues.
