Ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate hardworking and has a minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience. Knowledge of cooking temperature is a requirement. Prior culinary experience within hotel operations is preferred.
Shift Pattern:Typical shift start times will be 2:00pm or 3:00pm and out times will be 11:00pm or 11:30pm/ Full availability is needed including weekends and holidays

As a Cook you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
