This position is being recruited for in Anchorage.



What you will be doing:

The client services position is responsible for shipping sample receiving and login activities communicating with EHL clients and partners to assist with sample submission logistics and issuing test results to State Federal and commercial clients. This position is key to client satisfaction and success of testing at the EHL. If the projects tests or samples are not correct the quality of the results are already compromised before reaching the analysts. Being able to present the quality testing the EHL performs in appropriate data formats to the clients is key to the data being usable in making important decisions impacting research commerce regulatory enforcement and public health.

The working environment you can expect:

The EHL is located in its own building near the U-Med district in Anchorage Alaska with easy parking close to public transportation with sidewalks and access to Far North Bicentennial Park and Campbell Tact trails. The EHL also has bike racks and shower facilities for those who use alternate transportation or exercise (walk or run) at lunch time.


We are looking for a candidate that has experience in the following areas:

Special Notice:
This position will be responsible for handling samples including but not limited to food dairy water shellfish crustaceans fish and soils as well as dead animals (whole carcasses tissues bodily fluids) live animals (including mice and potentially poultry) and parasites such as ticks in specimen containers.
