How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
As Part of the Product Marketing the Pricing and Profitability Team plays a key role to strengthen our group fundamentals and support Bulk & Packaged Gases commercial performance across our Entities by taking responsibility on the key missions below:Lead the Pricing component of Group FIT Commercial initiative aiming to reinforce the pricing focus and expertise at all levels of our commercial organizations
Owns and secures implementation of respective Product Business models (including pricing contracts and offer structure)
Owns and secures implementation of each Product Pricing Referential
Animate develop and train the Entity Pricing Leaders community
Specify and secure implementation/replication of Global Pricing Solutions where appropriate

Position based in Houston TX USA for an initial period of 12 months (extendable once).

In coordination with our operational teams worldwide as well as Digital & IT secure the development of advanced pricing solutions for the Bulk and Packaged gases activities:
- Gather user needs key success factors and business case
- Secure Proof of Concept development and deployment with the business in our different entities
- Ensure adoption and leverage of the solution
- Initiate and follow solution industrialisation process
- Represent business stakeholders with the D&IT teams
- secure final solution fits business requirements
Change Management
- accompany entities in their change management process related to the implementation of new solutions
Support the deployment and follow-up of Corporate Pricing initiatives
Are you a MATCH
Education: Master in Science or Business
Soft and Hard Skills
Must have:
Work in an international environment with transversal teams
Project & change management
Business and Data science fundamentals
Self drive and autonomy
Nice to have:
Prior experience in data science or international environment
Python coding and/or advanced data science skills
Additional languages beyond english

English fluency is Must have
