Job Description

POSITION:
We are developing high caliber service and results oriented individuals to lead our company as we grow. This role will start with a 90-day training and development program to position you for long-term success. The role will focus on driving sales and service excellence for our boutique wellness brand. This role will be full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exemplify servant leadership
- Sell memberships
- Book & confirm prospects
- Greet and check-in clients
- Ask for referrals
- Ensure studio cleanliness
- Participate in team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive attitude and affinity to help others achieve goals
- Excellent listener
- Solution oriented
- Attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills (in person and by phone)
*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
