The person in this position will perform financial monitoring of all funded providers to ensure that funds are expended in compliance with all federal and state regulations and policies. Review state and federal budget amendments for approval. Perform data analysis and financial monitoring of all grants and initiatives. Operate as a team member in the federally required formal and informal assessment of programs. Develop allocation letters for all state and operational revenue funds sent to school district providers and keep a record of signed documents. Provide oversight technical assistance monitoring and assessment of adult education career and technical education programs and literacy providers statewide. Maintain documentation of all purchases for providers funded through the Office of Career Readiness and monitors those reports for compliance. Serve as agency liaison with local school district personnel agency staff representatives from the private sector and other community persons in establishing expanding and improving adult education and career and technical education programs. Assist staff in planning developing and directing state level activities that will enhance career readiness and pathway development statewide. Perform other duties as assigned by the Career Readiness Office Leadership.
This position is located in the Office of Career Readiness.
A bachelors degree and experience in education management or business.
An advanced degree and five (5) or more years experience in education management business or other related field.
