You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position will provide telecommunication and mobile device support to the department and campus community. Analyze wireless rates and packages and assist users with various service aspects. Analyze and process telecommunications data related to carrier billing carrier invoices vendor feeds web and systems interfaces and voice mail system. Participate in various research and support activities; including back up of other telecom positions as needed.
Demonstrated knowledge of common tele management features and practices. Demonstrated skill with spreadsheets for further processing of data collected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with systems analysis desired. Experience training others

Equivalent to a bachelors degree and two years of related experience are required.
Previous customer services skills preferred.
Sedentary work - Involves mainly sitting. Walking and standing are minimal. Lifting is limited to lightweight objects. (10 pounds or less).

Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $3879 - $7488 per month.
Excellent benefits through CalPERS (health vision dental) tuition fee waiver generous vacation and sick leave and 14 paid holidays each year.
1.0 time-base 40 hours per week.
