JOB TITLE:
Work Study Student - Honors College Front Office Associate
This would be in the front office of the Honors College. Duties include: Answering phones and mailings stuffing envelopes campus errands and assisting faculty and staff.
What type of clients are served in your department: Students faculty staff campus visitors parents of students.
We have a food-sharing cabinet.
Job location: Honors College Guthrie House
Pay rate or range: $12.00 per hour
JOB PURPOSE:
Mainlyassist the front office associate as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Has begun post-secondary education.
Experience: Working in an office environment software proficiency organization skills filing and alphabetizing attention to detail is critical.
Other requirements:Must be eligible and have received and accepted work-study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

This student will benefit from working with the public as well as faculty and staff. Gaining new software skills as well as research methods.
WORK LOCATION:
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.
