Execute day to day application maintenance processing end user support
Govern and coordinate AMS suppliers in the SAP Warehouse Services area which include Warehouse Management (WM) SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)
Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SAP MM / SD / PP / QM
Manage interfaces for communication between SAP WM / EWM and external systems (e.g. automatic warehouse)
Support advise assist and guide in-service applications problem resolutions
Supervision of quality and compliance with SLA in AMS contracts
Supervise internal and external audits on SAP landscape including SOX CMMC NIST 2 and other legal or business requirements
Collaborate with SAP resources working on the other SAP modules like: FI CO TS PS MM SD PM PP QM and systems like BTP SAC and Integrated platforms
Receive business requirements from the digital demand teams identify and implement the technical solution that most effectively addresses those requirements
Coordinate and support the testing release and documentation phases of the implemented solutions
Ensure compliance with business processes and IT policies
Support project initiatives on platform innovation migration to SAP S/4HANA and the evolution of the ERP landscape leveraging emerging solution and AI capabilities
Proactively plan for upcoming changes
Build strong team relationships and collaboration with multiple stakeholders including business support teams vendors and end users
Manage and drive relationship with suppliers reviewing innovative ideas and improving resolution by reducing the need to escalate to vendors
Qualification/Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Economics or STEM subjects
Significant experience in Supply Chain Environment
Relevant experience on SAP Supply Chain and Warehouse management
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Understand technical standards & concepts to apply to project work
Fluent in Italian and English language
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required
