PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday July 1st 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday August 4th 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.
What You Can Expect:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. The Investment Analyst program in our Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG) is a 3-year rotational program and sees Analysts participate in three (3) 1-year rotations across our different sectors/desks. Day to day can include:
- The Analyst in the Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG) evaluates portfolio positioning with respect to risk exposures and alpha objectives provides portfolio construction and alignment insight and analyzes performance drivers across a multitude of investment products and processes to deliver performance attribution.
- Utilizing a variety of analytical tools the analyst integrates specific client guidelines objectives and risk tolerances into the firms investment process to ensure complete portfolio management and analytics are in place.
- The analyst collaborates and works closely with other teams including Senior PAG Analysts Portfolio Managers Traders Risk Managers the Quantitative Team Credit Research Client Advisory and Sales and Marketing to ensure the Portfolio Management team has the tools and technology required to effectively manage portfolios.
- The analyst also navigates multiple ad hoc requests and projects that relate to market or portfolio analytics received from all parts of the larger Fixed Income Organization. The analyst partners closely with peers throughout Fixed income to build organizational capabilities.
- Program features a mix of core portfolio management desk support rotations as well as non traditional satellite rotations off the desk: Example of rotations include: Investment Grade Desk (Core) Emerging Markets Desk (Core) Multi Sector Desk (Core) CLO Structuring (Satellite) Investment Risk (Satellite) and Structured Products Research (Satellite).
What Youll Need:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating or 5th year masters program between December 2025 and May 2026
- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Itd be a plus if you had:
- Operations Research Information/Financial Engineering Mathematics Statistics Finance or Economics majors but all majors welcome
- Experience with Bloomberg and other technical data analysis/modeling tools

Note: The salary for this role is $85000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program whereby an award if any depends on various factors including without limitation individual and organizational performance.
