Job Description

Atlanta GA Full-Time In-Person Support SundayThursday Schedule

Leapfrogs On-Site Support Technicians work directly at client corporate offices across the Atlanta metro area. Youll be the face of our technical support teamdelivering exceptional service solving hardware and software issues and making sure our clients can focus on their work without IT headaches.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver deskside support in tandem with Leapfrogs Support Center team
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with PCs printers phones networks SSO and software
  • Manage the local work ticket queue and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Image and deploy workstations for new hires and existing staff
  • Maintain documentation of procedures systems and assets in our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with client contacts Leapfrog Field Services Supervisor and our Account Managers
  • Implement IT policies and best practices as part of the on-site team
  • Support our Security Operations Center (SOC) in mitigating risks and vulnerabilities
  • Keep client asset inventories up to date
  • Proactively look for ways to improve efficiency and service delivery
Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Office 365 Azure and Autotune
  • Strong knowledge of PC operations including hardware operating systems and network troubleshooting
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking layers and connectivity challenges
  • 25 years experience in a helpdesk desktop or support technician role
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Autotask ServiceNow Remedy)
  • Clear confident communication skills and a positive client-first attitude
  • Exceptional problem-solving organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in physical positions such as kneeling or crouching
  • Must be able to work a Sunday through Thursday weekly shift with extended Wednesday hours


Bonus Points

  • Prior experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
  • Certifications like:
    • CompTIA A CompTIA Network CompTIA Security
    • Microsoft Certified Professional or Azure Fundamentals
