Job Description
Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and brand integrity Vanguard is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Representative to serve as a trusted spokesperson and communications advisor. In this role youll shape and share the Vanguard storybuilding trust protecting our reputation and engaging audiences that matter most.
What Youll Do:
Be the Voice of Vanguard: Represent Vanguard in media interactions respond to inquiries and prepare leaders for public and media engagements.
Craft Impactful Strategies: Develop and execute public relations plans that align with business goals and resonate with diverse audiencesfrom clients and crew to media and government stakeholders.
Create Compelling Content: Write press releases talking points and other materials that are clear engaging and aligned with Vanguards brand standards.
Measure What Matters: Track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Advise with Confidence: Provide expert counsel on media strategy channel selection and message development to ensure communications are timely relevant and effective.
What It Takes:
5 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
A bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong writing editing and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage media relationships and deliver under pressure.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for purpose-driven work.
