Pasta Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service.
- Set up and stock all necessary supplies.
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ensure proper product handling to control shrinkage and waste.
- Assist as needed in the preparation of food products catering and special orders.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
- Follow daily cooking lists and complete work in the allotted time.
- Any other duties assigned by management.

Pay Transparency (California SB 1162 Compliance)
This position is expected to pay within the range of $16.50 plus tips per hour depending on experience qualifications and location. This range reflects the base pay for this role and does not include other compensation or benefits.

Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- 2 years of pasta production preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a line cook
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- ServSafe and Food Handler Certification are required
This role requires
- Must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on nights weekends and holidays
- Complete position requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle a variety of kitchen equipment safely
