Job Description
Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides and Direct Care Workers to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team you will be valued respected and heard.
We are looking for reliable caregivers who drive in Etna ( Daylight) Brookline ( Evening) Port Vue ( Weekends) Export (Daylight) West Mifflin ( Evenings) Larimer (Weekends)
At this time only looking for individuals who can drive Clients for our current open assignments are not along the bus line.
Qualifications for Direct Care Worker:
- One year work experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar healthcare role
- No experience Ask about our Direct Care Worker Training Program!!!
* Formal experience not required to care for a loved one.

Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers DCW:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
