Our High Voltage Products division in Sweden includes several factory units that develop manufacture and sell high-voltage products for both HVAC and HVDC systems. We are now looking for a Factory Controller in Ludvika to join our team and contribute to the full spectrum of business and financial controlling activities. This is a broad and exciting role where you will play a key part in shaping strategy identifying improvement areas and supporting management with actionable insights. You will report directly to the Manager of Factory Controlling and be welcomed by a dedicated supportive and down-to-earth team.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead business planning and forecasting processes within your area of responsibility.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting and disclosures.

  • Oversee tools and processes to secure reliable financial data and business information.

  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Foster strong communication with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

  • Embody Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity taking responsibility for your actions and supporting your colleagues.

Your background

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.

  • A few years of experience in business finance operational controlling or accounting.

  • Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and other financial reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.

  • A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and change management.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both written and spoken.

  • International experience and cross-cultural communication skills are a plus.
