Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose:

The Order Fulfillment Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders across our European supply chain. Working within a fast-paced highly cross-functional environment the ideal candidate will provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that directly impact service levels inventory availability and customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with Distribution Inventory Management IT Customer Service and Retail Allocation to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution.

Results:

  • On-time allocation of stock to orders.
  • On-time publication of orders to the distribution centers.

On-time shipment of orders from the distribution centers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible of the allocation of on-hand inventory to customer orders following allocation priorities.

  • Review allocation and publication strategies based on company/customer/DC priorities.
  • Maintain parameters and monitor performance of scheduled allocation and publication jobs.
  • Monitor OFG mailbox and respond to requests from the business for manual allocation and publication.
  • Monitor order fulfillment rates (OFR) and highlight any risks or opportunities in missed demand.
  • Support root cause analysis of fulfillment errors or delays and lead corrective action initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute various order management reports including open order coverage report orderbook cleansing OFR dashboard order conversion etc.
  • Provide order management support and guidance with a service mindset and proactive approach.
  • Proactively recommend process improvements automation opportunities and best practices to enhance fulfillment accuracy and speed.
  • Act as subject-matter expert within the organization concerning allocation.
  • Conduct training with new hires to share best practices for order management.
  • Liaise with Distribution to ensure steady flow of workload to the distributor centers.
  • Perform a key role in LSE SOLAR transition including testing and validation of allocation/publication jobs and allocation priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience)

Experience:

  • 3 years of work experience
  • Prior customer service or retail allocation experience is a plus

Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:

  • Excel & SAP ERP system knowledge required
  • Ability to accurately analyze large amounts of data and share insights.
  • Prior experience in IT project deployment (functionality testing validation etc.) is advantageous.

Decision Making Problem-Solving and Analysis:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities including the ability to quickly identify issues assess impact and take corrective action
  • Proactive in identifying business challenges and developing creative actionable solutions
  • Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Interpersonal Skills/Communication Skills:

  • Eager to work in a cross-functional environment; able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders within the organization
  • A strong service mindset is absolutely essential
  • Ability to work independently and escalate topics as needed

Fluent in English spoken and written
