The Role

Reports to: Head of Service Management

Location: WeWork Waterloo London UK (Hybrid - At least 4x per week in the office)

Comp: 25k Company Performance Bonus (10%) Equity UK Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in IT. As an Apprentice Technology Operations Engineer youll gain hands-on experience supporting our internal teams with their technology needs.

Youll be working alongside experienced engineers learning how to maintain IT systems support hardware and software issues and keep our users up and running. If youre curious about how technology works love problem-solving and want to learn in a fast-growing tech company this role is for you.

How you can make an impact

  • Support users with everyday IT issues on Windows and macOS systems
  • Set up new user accounts and devices (laptops iPads etc.)
  • Help manage our IT assets (hardware inventory software licences)
  • Learn how to use IT support tools and systems like Office 365 Google Workspace and device management platforms
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
  • Work on IT projects from setting up networks to rolling out new software and explore our catalog of AI tools to help on our productivity
  • Learn to troubleshoot problems methodically and securely
  • Create and maintain easy-to-follow technical and user documentation

  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Bonus if you have:

  • Any previous IT experience (even self-taught or from school projects)
  • A basic understanding of computer systems software and networks
  • Experience in GenAI tooling like Gemini ChatGPT etc
