Job Description

Position Overview:

Join our team as a remote Customer Service Representative delivering outstanding support and building positive relationships with our customers. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a virtual environment. No experience is necessarywe provide comprehensive training.


Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or live chat

Assist customers with product information order status account issues and troubleshooting

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy escalating complex issues when necessary

Follow company policies to ensure consistent service quality

Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Empathetic attitude and patience

Basic computer skills; familiarity with chat email and CRM tools preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

For experienced candidates:

3 years in remote customer service or related roles

Proficiency with customer support software and communication tools

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to handle high call/chat volumes with professionalism
