Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts in the middle market space
Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwrite
Analyze and assess clients insurance needs providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Handle policy endorsements renewals and cancellations
Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed
Qualifications:
Active P&C License required
- Demonstrated experience in commercial lines insurance with knowledge of construction insurance
Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management system
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
