Job Description
The Head Girls Soccer Coach is responsible for overseeing the athletic programs. They will work with students of all ages and abilities to help them develop healthy habits build teamwork skills and improve their physical fitness. In addition to this they are also being tasked with developing practice schedules planning out training regimens and providing individualized instruction to athletes as they strive to reach their full potential.
Essential Functions
- Create and execute instructional practice plans.
- Execute strength and conditioning plans.
- Develop student-athlete competence and confidence.
- Enforce team policies beliefs philosophies in sportsmanship integrity accountability and perseverance.
- Some administrative work: Managing and tracking rosters tournament registrations monitoring attendance confirming transportation inventory management and web-site management.

- Excellent Communication skills.
- High School sports experience.
Range: This position is paid via stipend.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus which is determined upon company and individual performance.
Benefits: This position is not benefits eligible.
