Fixed Term for 12 months
Full time (37 hours per week)

Were currently recruiting aHomelessness Prevention Officerto provide an excellent housing options and advice service.
A key part of this role is delivering advice and assistance to people in housing need. You will have a core focus on preventing homelessness and helping people explore alternative accommodation options.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate an ability and passion to deliver a high-quality service to customers
- Show how they can work positively within a team setting
- Have experience or a strong knowledge of housing options and homeless prevention tools
- Listen actively and empathise with customers
