Here is what you will be doing:

Working in a complex and fast-paced environment the Manager Organizational Effectiveness and HR Services (OE & HR Services) is responsible for leading Ontario Healths OE and HR Human Resources Service Team.

The incumbent is responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience across Ontario Health by leading the HR Services function for Human Resources. The role leads the development delivery and deployment of HR services and programs including employee onboarding Workday & records administration and HR continuous improvement initiatives. As part of the Organizational Effectiveness & HR Services team the role provides project management and change management expertise to HR projects. The role ensures appropriate integration of HR programs and initiatives across the HR Services team and HR Pulse presence to facilitate information sharing with people leaders and team members.
