Tasks
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at Safna IT Services. The specialist will be responsible for network administration troubleshooting network security and providing technical support services. Customer service is also a key aspect of the role.

Information Technology expertise
Strong customer service skills
Experience in network security protocols
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of various technological services
