Role Purpose
Detailed Job Description:
- . Technology: MSSQL DBA
- Experience: 5 - 8 years
- Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of MSSQL Server & RDBMS concepts
- Strong hands on experience as MSSQL DBA providing Infrastructure support (i.e Build the instance DB migration DB upgrade and Patching)
- Database Administration Support on MSSQL Server 2005& above.
- Good working knowledge of Windows platforms
- Knowledge of Clustering Replication Logshipping & Mirroring
- Knowledge of SSIS & SSRS are desirable
- Good understanding of T-SQL Knowledge on Change management process (ITIL)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner both verbally and written and articulating the content depending on the audience
- Candidate should have sense of ownership & urgency attention to detail flexibility process orientation strong analytical skills sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance procedures & policies
Mandatory Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of MSSQL Sever.
2. Good Communication and Interpretation Skills
Optional Skills:
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
Relevant Experience:
- 5 - 8 years
