Oversee and coordinate dining room service to ensure a refined and memorable guest experience.
Recommend and serve wines in harmony with the chef s seasonal menus.
Manage the wine cellar: purchasing inventory wine list curation and pairings.
Lead train and motivate the dining room team to uphold service excellence.
Ensure compliance with Relais & Ch teaux standards and all hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Welcome and build rapport with guests creating a warm yet professional environment.
Proven experience in a similar role within luxury or fine-dining environments.
In-depth wine knowledge and a strong sense of hospitality and table service.
Impeccable presentation communication skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written.
A genuine passion for gastronomy wine and guest service.
Seasonal contract in a luxury stable and professional environment.
