GEICOs People Finance team is seeking a highly motivated and organized People Analytics Manager to lead our reporting team. As the leader of this team you will serve as a key partner to GEICOs People Group as you play a critical role in defining and executing GEICOs people data reporting roadmap as a key partner to GEICOs People Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of reporting analysts to develop reporting to support and track strategic initiatives that directly improve business outcomes including attraction retention job performance and engagement
Combine data sets including but not limited to turnover performance management recruitment and training data to develop statistical composites that provide effective data driven insights and predictions on our associate population
Utilize data modeling tools to understand an associates lifecycle from sourcing to separation
Design reporting and tracking on key performance indicators to evaluate success metrics
Incorporate financial analyses into our dashboards and other reporting that allow us to compare the full unit cost and budget impact of various business decisions
Build and maintain the teams portfolio of work in partnership with the People Group functional areas and other relevant stakeholder groups
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources data analytics or equivalent experience required
5 years experience in People/HR analytics report development and data visualization
Strong analytical skills communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and determine next steps
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders working comfortably with ambiguity and with a high sense of urgency
Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple levels of the organization up to and including executive leadership
Experience working with HR and HCM software (Workday etc.)
Experience working with data visualization software (Power BI Tableau)
Ability to develop your team in multiple areas including data analysis presentation skills and working with multiple levels of management across the organization
Preferred Experience
Workday (or other equivalent HCM software) report writing experience
Experience working with Power BI and other Microsoft products (Excel Power Automate etc.)
Experience building predictive modeling and advanced analytics
Hybrid three days a week in office.

Annual Salary
$95325.00 - $157850.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
