Location: 15470 Endeavor Drive Noblesville IN
- Salary range: $50000$55000
- Full-time position: MondayFriday (occasional weekends for tradeshows)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or customer service leadership
- Strong customer service orientation committed to delivering a consistent 5-star experience
- Experience managing the customer journey and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
- Exceptional communication skills particularly over the phone
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Skilled in managing crews calendars and sales teams
- Willingness to learn forklift operation (certification a plus)
- Proficient in social media platforms to boost brand recognition
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce a plus)
- Experience in the home service industry a plus
- Serve as the internal Customer Experience Manager ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all touchpoints
- Oversee and streamline daily office operations
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout their project lifecycle - Promptly respond to new customer leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve issues with urgency and care
- Be a brand ambassador promote excitement and trust with every interaction
- Manage and attend local networking events to build brand awareness
- Upload before-and-after project photos weekly to Facebook Instagram and Google Business Page
- Support and execute local marketing strategies and promotions
- Order products and materials for all sold jobs and track their delivery
- Receive inventory and manage incoming shipments
- Continuously strive for 5/5-star ratings through quality service responsiveness and follow-through
