Now Hiring: Before and After School Site Director (Part-Time)
Windsor school district (Grandview Elementary-1583 GRAND AVE WINDSOR CO 80550)
)
AM and PM (split shift) Monday-Friday $20.00/hr No Weekends!

After school is where the real adventure begins - and were looking for a Site Director whos ready to lead the charge! At AlphaBEST we believe in the power of wonder creativity and connection to turn each afternoon into something extraordinary.
If youve got leadership skills a passion for guiding kids and a talent for turning routine into wow its time to take the helm at one of our amazing Windsor/Weld program sites.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Lead your team of AlphaBEST Guides and create an environment full of energy structure and fun
Design and deliver hands-on activities in arts fitness tech and more
Build strong relationships with families schools and students (youre basically the heart of the program)
Create clubs spark curiosity and make your site THE place to be after school
Manage day-to-day operations and bring positive vibes to every afternoon
What Youll Need:
To meet Colorado licensing requirements you must be at least 21 years old and meet ONE of the following:
A Bachelors degree in a related field (education recreation child development etc.)
At least 2 years of college and 910 hours of verified experience working with kids (ages 4)
Or 3 years of verified experience 6 college credit hours OR 40 hours of training related to school-age care
Ability to pass a background check
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Desire to lead inspire and make every kid feel like they belong
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am and 2/3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Start date: Early August 2025 (or sooner if youre eager!)

$20.00/hour
