Location: Kingston NY
Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm
Salary: $85000
Pay to Stay Bonus: $7500
Join our innovative OnTrackNY team providing early intervention for adolescents and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis. Were seeking a dynamicTeam Leader to oversee a small multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented community-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage team scheduling caseloads intakes and discharges.
- Ensure adherence to OnTrackNY model and staff training requirements.
- Serve as Primary Clinician for select participants and their families providing therapy psychoeducation and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience with youth and community-based mental health.
- Masters degree and active clinical license (LCSW LMHC or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
