The AWS Global Sales (AGS) GTM Strategy Team works closely with internal business leaders to glean their knowledge incorporate data and information from external sources and develop our own insights to architect worldwide short- and long-term GTM strategies.

We are Global GTM Strategy Lead to create worldwide GTM strategies and cascade those strategies into our Geographies and Business Units. The ideal candidate listens first and brings humility to conversations with senior AWS Leaders and the senior leadership of our customers. They collaborate effectively working with a small team on big things. The candidate knows when and where to advocate vigorously for a well-informed position. We expect anyone considering the position to possess keen business and financial acumen but we are looking for candidates that can identify and incorporate the brilliant insights of others while selflessly sharing their own.

Cascade worldwide strategies to AGS Geos and Business Units supporting local adaptation as needed

10 years experience in strategy consulting or working in strategic capacities at Fortune 500 companies
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences

MBA or other advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $237100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
