Job Overview
The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for duties within the warehouse office environment. We are seeking a motivated individual who can follow direction and be able to work alone and in a team setting. Knowledge of warehousing is important but the ideal candidate will also possess exceptional customer service strong communication skills and impeccable follow-through of assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing related administrative functions (including logging data email correspondence and preparing/organizing paperwork).
Compiling information from multiple sources to provide internal teammates concise accurate data to make informed decisions.
Responsible for warehouse transactions into multiple business systems (ERP system FedEx UPS).
Works regularly with warehouse fork lift operators office and management staff.
Will be to communicate professionally be technically proficient and able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks promptly and on time.
Must remain calm under pressure multi-task and effectively problem-solve.
Demonstrate understanding of shipping and receiving procedures and apply knowledge to day-to-day scenarios with little oversight.
Perform various administrative functions to enable daily shipments and receipts of the warehouse.

Maintain inter and intra-departmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.
Check drivers in/out and assign door in coordination with dock operation. Notify warehouse of arrival and schedule

Qualifications-Required and Preferred Skills
At least 1 year of warehouse or office experience or similar/relevant experience
Experience with UPS/FedEx online shipping programs
Accurate data entry/computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
Ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in communicating with staff
Must be a team player
Receptive to management development suggestions and willing to seek additional knowledge to facilitate job growth
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have very strong customer service orientation with high sense of urgency in meeting objectives and deadlines
Tools and Technology Required: Microsoft Office Suite Scanners Desktop computers Photocopiers and Bartender.

Requires several hours per day of sitting getting up and down from chairs and reaching or bending

Occasionally lifts carries positions or moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Education:
High School graduate (Preferred)
