Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse release orders ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Work closely with logistics sales and customer service teamsto support day-to-day operations and resolve fulfilment issues.
- Oversee inventory flow and reporting ensuring proper documentation and coordination with external warehouses.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventoryby placing timely cost-effective purchase orders.
- Negotiate purchase prices and terms with suppliers ensuring cost efficiency and continuity of supply.
- Identify and drive process improvementsin inventory and warehouse management to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Job experience in similar position 2 years
- Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Knowledge background: field of studies or work related
- Strong organizational skillswith the ability to manage inventory processes accurately and efficiently.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with confidence working with data reports and product specifications.
- Excellent communication skillsto collaborate with other teams suppliers and external warehouses.
- Team player able to use own initiative and problem solving within constraints
- Language skills: Polish - C1 English
Bonus points:
- Technical background (student/apprentice or job experience) in printing production management or logistics
- Experience in the packaging field
