Job Summary
We are looking for ahighly motivated Bidding Expertto generate business throughUpwork Freelancer Fiverr and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inwriting winning proposals negotiating with clients and securing high-value projectsin theIT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Bidding & Lead Generation:
- Identifyhigh-potential projectson platforms likeUpwork Freelancer Fiverr PeoplePerHour Guru etc.
- Writepersuasive and customized proposalsto attract clients and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain ahigh success rate in biddingby understanding client requirements effectively.
Client Communication & Deal Closing:
- Engage with prospects via chat email and video calls to understand their project needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts while ensuringprofitable project deals.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated withtrending services pricing models and competition analysison bidding platforms.
- Suggest and implement strategies toimprove proposal success ratesandincrease revenue.
- Collaborate with thesales and technical teamsto provide accurate project estimations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven experiencein bidding and securing projects onUpwork Freelancer or similar platforms.
- Strongproposal writingandcommunication skillsin English.
- Ability tounderstand technical requirementsrelated tosoftware development digital marketing or IT outsourcing services.
- Excellentnegotiation and persuasionskills.
- Familiarity withpricing strategies contract structuring and payment terms.
Preferred:
- Experience in handlinginternational clients (USA UK Europe etc.).
- Knowledge ofSEO UI/UX website development mobile app development and IT consulting services.
- Hands-on experience withCRM tools and tracking tools.
