Job Description
Identify potential clients including contractors builders architects and developers.
Generate leads through cold calls networking online research and site visits.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Promote and sell construction products materials or services to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and quotations to potential buyers.
Negotiate terms pricing and contracts to close deals successfully.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide after-sales support including handling client queries and resolving complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement logistics and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
