Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming in-process and finished goods.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inspection processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing inspection activities and outcomes with suggested corrective actions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of quality management methodologies and practices.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality procedures and standards within the organization.
- Engage in feedback sessions and meetings to discuss quality-related issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies maintaining a safe work environment.
