Job Details
Positions Available: 8 trainers
Job Location: On-site (Travel across Himachal Pradesh)
Training Focus: Training teachers from Grades 1-10 across all subjects on Assessment Tools
Training Language: Hindi & English
Training Mode: Hybrid (Online via Zoom & Offline)
Duration: 10 months
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for teachers equipping them with assessment tools and
methodologies.
Adapt training sessions to suit the needs of educators with varying experience levels (1-30 years).
Utilize both online (Zoom) and offline platforms effectively for training delivery.
Ensure consistent documentation of sessions gather feedback and support program improvements.
Collaborate with TiTLi teams to align training with project goals and ensure seamless execution.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience in training educators and conducting teacher development programs.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
Comfort with both online (Zoom) and offline training methodologies.
Ability to engage and motivate teachers across diverse backgrounds.
Prior experience in the education sector especially in teacher training is preferred.
