Core Responsibilities
- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach efforts including cold calls email campaigns social media engagement and personalized follow-ups.
- Managing day-to-day meetings and sales calls with law firms attorneys and general counsels throughout the USA.
- Effectively promote and position the companys legal and paralegal support services within the legal and healthcare sectors.
- Developing strong relationships with clients to understand specific opportunities leads and engagements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets contributing directly to company growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-performance sales role.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced competitive environment.
- Masters degree in business sales or marketing preferred; quick learner with the ability to build trust over the phone and understand market dynamics.
- 4 years of experience in the U.S. B2B market; experience in the legal or KPO industry is a plus.
- Energetic people-oriented and adaptable with a strong drive to succeed.
