Mental Health Practitioner Waltham Forest London September 2025 Start
Are you passionate about supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children with special educational needs This welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest London is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join their team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities of a Mental Health Practitioner:
Deliver emotional and behavioural support in group settings and 1:1 interventions.
Tailor strategies to support individual student needs.
Work alongside the SENDCo and teaching staff to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
Promote mental wellbeing across the classroom and school community.
Essential Criteria for a Mental Health Practitioner:
Minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University.
Strong interest in mental health education and supporting vulnerable children.
Experience working with children affected by SEMH in a care or support role.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Contract Type: Full-time long-term until July 2026

Pay: 444-513 Weekly via PAYE (Holiday Pay Included)
