Job Description

Our Engineering community is growing and were now looking for a Data Engineer to join our team supporting our global growth.

AsData Engineer you design and optimize data processing algorithms on a talented cross-functional team. You are familiar with the Apache open-source suite of technologies and want to contribute to the advancement of data engineering.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes with a focus on learning and applying Databricks technologies.
  • Assist in data ingestion transformation and validation tasks across structured and semi-structured sources.
  • Participate in team code reviews documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions to build Databricks proficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement scalable solutions and gradually take ownership of Databricks workflows.
  • Contribute to improving data quality observability and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOULL BRING

  • Solid foundation in SQL and Python with a strong interest in distributed data processing and cloud platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn Databricks Apache Spark and modern data engineering practices.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) and basic understanding of cloud services (Azure AWS or GCP).
  • Analytical mindset attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
  • Motivation to grow into a Databricks expert through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Professional communications skills in English
